Diamond cutters are designed to ensure maximum speed and precision working on marble, granite, ceramics, composite materials, cast iron, fibreglass and carbon fibre. The choice of the right type of diamond, combined with its uniform distribution, ensures a precise, fast cut and a long service life, even during prolonged machining cycles. Grinding wheels
Diamond grinding wheels are manufactured and designed to the customer’s specifications for shaping, grinding and polishing operations where uniform and controlled material removal is essential. The uniform distribution of the diamond is essential to ensure optimal abrasive performance, a uniform surface finish and a constant, long-lasting feed rate. They are the ideal solution for carrying out large-scale machining operations quickly and cost-effectively, maintaining profile straightness and consistent performance throughout the tool’s entire service life.
Our diamond discs have been designed and created by our most demanding customers, sculptors who use them for several hours a day, it is they who have taught us how to make them, they have imposed the grains and the type of diamond to use to obtain a product that is safe, fast, reliable and with extremely long lifespan, a 30-year long journey which we are still improving today through dialogue with the final user.
Back in 1988, Diamar began by designing and manufacturing diamond wires exclusively. Edoardo Salini was a true pioneer in the field of diamond wire, and working alongside him, we have gained extensive experience in quarry cutting, block squaring, and laboratory work on single-wire static machines, in the controlled demolition of reinforced concrete in public or oil infrastructure, and in the cutting of steel blocks or steel alloy sheets where the use of a cutting torch is impractical or prohibited.
Even today, we love to have fun exploring new applications whilst being aware that the diamond-tipped wire can be the right alternative to cutting of any material and above all we are willing to share with the user the experience technical gained over decades of experience.

Design and listening
Every tool is developed through consultation with the customer: this is where we define the objectives, materials, intended use and required performance. The design process takes every subsequent stage into account from the outset — from production to storage — to ensure a consistent, repeatable and high-performance tool.
Product code and traceability
Upon confirmation of the order, each tool is assigned a unique code: a genuine identity card that allows us to track it at every stage of the production cycle. This system ensures that the same product can be replicated in exactly the same way even years later.
In-house production
The manufacturing process involves the entire in-house supply chain: every department contributes to the construction of the tool in accordance with documented and controlled processes. Each step is recorded in the product code, thereby ensuring consistency, repeatability and consistent quality over time.
Continuous quality control
Our quality control is not limited to the final stage. During production, we implement at least four verification steps that allow us enable us to correct or optimise the process underway. A method that reduces the errors, improves future future projects and ensures tools always live up to the expectations.

Shipping is a key stage: we assess the destination, means of transport and intermediate stops to ensure that every tool arrives in perfect condition. We invest constantly in logistics systems that protect the product right up to delivery.
